Preferred Parking

This season you can choose to park in the preferred lower front lots (weekends and holidays*) with a seasonal permit or on a day to day basis. Seasonal permit $250 now through April 30, 2026. Price increases on May 1, 2026.

• Seasonal and daily preferred parking will start when we open chair 1 or December 20, 2026 whichever comes first.
• Preferred parking is on weekends and holidays and is valid for the lower two parking lots inside China Peak Mountain Resort.
• Preferred parking permits will be required until 11am.
• Seasonal permits are available and are $250, click the buy now button below.
• Daily preferred parking permits will be available on a limited basis, first come first serve for $30 per day per car cash only. 

The seasonal preferred parking permit is valid this 26/27 winter season and will be mailed out on November 1. Permits must be shown at all times while in the lot.
