THE INN at CHINA PEAK

Stay at the Inn (available for lodging on select nights for groups and private events) at China Peak during the summer months and enjoy comfortable evenings and cool, crisp mornings at 7000 feet. J.W.'s Original Bar has been a classic for over 50 years and our restaurant has received rave reviews all year long.  During the summer, J.W.'s Original Bar will feature live music on the Inn patio on Friday nights beginning July 5th through August 30th. Summer 2024 hotel rates are listed below with group specials available. The Inn will be open for lodging Friday and Saturday nights beginning Friday, July 5th through Saturday, September 1st. The restaurant and J.W.'s Original Bar will be open on Friday nights only.

2024 SUMMER HOTEL RATES - Rates are subject to change.  

Economy: These rooms feature a combination of day beds, twin beds and queen beds. They can sleep two to six guests depending on room configuration. Restrooms and showers are conveniently located on each floor just down the hall. All economy rooms are located in the main building of the Inn.

Standard:  There are a variety of styles, all have queen or twin beds and private bathrooms. These rooms can sleep two to four guests depending on room configuration.  These rooms are located in both the main building and the east wing on the Inn.

Standard Room with King: There are a variety of styles; all have king beds and private bathrooms. Some rooms can also include bunk beds and/or day beds. These rooms can sleep two to six guests depending on room configuration. These rooms are located in the main building and the east wing of the Inn.

Suite: Our suites are located on the upper floor of the east wing, share an exterior deck entrance with a view of the slope and include a private bedroom with a king bed in addition to a comfortable euro sleeper in the living room area (euro sleeper sleeps one or two people comfortably). They also include a private bathroom. These rooms can sleep up to four guests.

Two Bedroom Suite:  The two bedroom unit is located in the upper east wing.  One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds, with additional sleeping in the entry room area with our comfortable euro sleeper.  This  unit also has a private bathroom and can sleep up to six guests.

RV INFORMATION - SUMMER

• RV rates are $59 per night (plus 2% resort fee)
• RV space available Friday, Saturday nights June 28, 2024 - September 1, 2024
• China Peak has 16 RV spaces available.
• Spaces are 15 feet wide spaces to allow for pop-outs and safe distances between vehicles.
• RV's will park at an angle for easier access along the bank of East Lot #2.
• Each space has a 30 amp electrical hookup when using a RV plug, 15 amp when using an extension cord.  
• We do not have a dump facility on site, please plan accordingly.
• All tow vehicles must park opposite of their RV along the bank of East Lot #1.
• All RV guests must check in and sign the policy agreement at the Inn at China Peak's front desk prior to parking. 
• Camp fires are acceptable only when contained and in approved, elevated fire receptacles.  Ashes must be extinguished and dumped in the designated trash can.  (Please note the U.S. Forest Service may deny fires at anytime).

MORE LODGING DETAILS:

Cancellation Policy: First night payment is required at the time of reservation with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival. If a reservation must be cancelled, you must cancel prior to 14 days before arrival for a full refund.  If cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, there will be NO refund.  If a reservation needs to be moved to another date, a $50 reservation change fee will be charged and must be done 14 days in advance of original arrival date.

Resort Fee: The Inn at China Peak charges a 12% resort fee, similar to typical Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) found at virtually every lodging property in America, with all fees dedicated to maintenance and construction of parking facilities.
